What XMoney includes

Invoices

Days open counts on every open invoice and stops when it closes
A prepayment request is created for each invoiceable deposit requirement

Payments

A payment must be complete before it leaves draft
Payments apply to the matching deposit requirement
An applied payment is reversed, not deleted
Invoice and receivable totals update as payments land

Receivables

One summary per contract: received, credits, net sale, open balance, days open and status

Cash flow

A received payment becomes a settled cash entry
Job cost lines plan the cash going out
Direction and category fill in for you
Status only moves forward
Balances recalculate across periods when anything changes

Commission

Commission is calculated from the job and each person’s role
Approving a commission job approves its entries
Approved commission collects in a batch for the pay period

Draws and payroll

Draw requests are checked against what is earned
An approved draw is issued and tracked on the person’s draw account
Pay periods are generated ahead from payroll settings
Payroll prep calculates each pay period
A payroll run creates a payout for each person and settles draws
When cash settles, paid status carries to the run, payouts and commission

Mortgage

A mortgage payment opens a mortgage case with its check records
